I just got my new dress 4 hours ago....I'm at work and the dress was delievered here. I'm trying to contain myself and not attempt sneak off to the bathroom to put it on. I did take it out the box. The dress is wrapped in another fabric, tied with a purple ribbon and placed in a big plastic Ziploc bag (its a BIG Ziploc bag). Very nice, might I add.
I've shown it to one of my co-workers, but its not going to be as much fun as putting it on.
SIGH, I have to wait only 4 more hours until I am home to put it on. HMMM maybe I should put it on and wear it home on the DC metro. That would be fun :Þ
I, too, have all my purchases delivered to me at work. At least you can SEE it even if you can't use it or wear it right away. At least you can admire it in all it's packaged splendor from afar... I sew, so it is usualy fabric I recieve which I then drape around me and run around showing everyone, sometimes it is good to be the supervisor... :)
